Shipping

Everything is printed for you when you order, by our print partner, and ships from their US facilities. Printing takes about 2–5 business days; delivery in the US usually takes 3–7 business days after that. You'll get an email and, in the Agent Wallet app, a notification with tracking when your order ships.

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Returns and refunds

Because each item is printed for you, we can't take back items you've changed your mind about or ordered in the wrong size. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery (from your order, choose Return items, or email us) and we'll replace it or refund you in full, the way you paid.

You can cancel an order until it ships; you'll get your money back right away.

Shopping with an AI agent

If you connect an AI assistant to the shop, it can search and build carts for you, within the spending limit and end date you set. It can't pay: every order is approved and paid by you. You can pause or revoke an agent any time from your account or the Agent Wallet app.

Privacy

We keep what we need to take and deliver your order: your name, email, delivery address, phone if you give it, and what you ordered. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. Your name, address and order details go to our print partner so they can make and ship it. If you use the Agent Wallet app with notifications on, we keep your phone's notification token until you sign out.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us.

Terms

Prices are in US dollars and include any discounts shown; sales tax and delivery are added before you pay. Orders are sold by Pegasus Source LLC, 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
